Year 11 Results Day 2020
We will be going ahead with Results Day on Thursday August 20th because we would like to see as many of our students as possible, although this year it is going to be very different for obvious reasons.
In order to comply with current safety guidelines, we are inviting students to come in in their tutor groups, 45 minutes per group. We will start at 9am with 11AA and continue through the day. Students will arrive via St Paul’s, attend their session in the theatre, and then leave via M1, where they will be able to collect leavers’ books and hoodies, and exit via the Thorpe Road gates. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions currently in place, they will only be allowed on site when it is their allocated session; parents will not be able to attend or to park on site.
These plans are, of course, subject to change because of the national picture. We are still planning to hold the Presentation Evening in November, again depending on the situation at that time, which we hope will be a celebration and a look back at their five years in school.
I will send students an email with this information. In the meantime, please would you respond to the ParentMail indicating whether or not your child will be attending this event so that we can make arrangements.
