The Drama Department at The Magna Carta School is a vibrant and exciting hub of creativity. Our vision is to maintain a drama department which is inclusive, yet challenging, performance-based with a focus on developing performance skills and an understanding of theatricality, yet grounded within issues which affect our students. We are committed to innovation and challenge within our work and aim to provide a unique dramatic education for every student regardless of ability.

All students in Years 7 and 8 study drama once a week.  The skills they learn are developed if students continue to study it at Key Stage 4.

The Magna Carta School follows the Edexcel GCSE Drama course.
